January: A Lovely Year of Finishes ~ Goal Setting Party

2013 is here!
January is here!

Check out the details of 2013 ~ A lovely year of finishes found here or here.

Also our flickr group there are lovely participants and some Q&A on it's own page .

~~~
As this lovely year starts I'm going to go ambitious and finish a quilt that I already have the top done, back ordered, and the binding is sitting here waiting for a quilted beauty. Crazy I know.
{You have no idea how many of these I have sitting in my sewing room *cough* 6}
Here's a photo of my unfinished beauty and I have all it's parts.  Eeeep!
Zig Zag - Layer Cake
I actually have the binding sitting and waiting.
So what are you going to finish in January?
Remember you should only choose one item.  You for sure have more going on but pick one that you'll finish.
Add your blog post or flickr photo (with appropriate descriptions) here.
Oh and grab a button for your blog post!
  4. Your quilt is wonderful. I would like to try a zig zag this year. There are many quilt alongs being offered this month but will take 5 - 6 weeks. I had wanted to join this but just not sure yet and what can be done in a month. Today I'm doing laundry and I cleaned my floors. I have to have my house clean before I can sew. Will let you know.
    1. We are really sorry, but we are not going to be able to re-open the party. It wouldn't be fair to those who did link up already. We would love to have you participate and even link up at the end of the month with your finish, but for this month, you will not be eligible for prizes. The linky parties will be open every month for goal setting from the 1st to the 7th on both of our blogs.
